(Arlington, Virginia) — Consumer Action for a Strong Economy (CASE) today issued a statement praising FCC Chairman Ajit Pai for his decision to end the 2015 order that put the internet under Title II regulation of the Communications Act of 1934. The FCC will vote to finalize this proposal on December 14.
