CASE Thanks Senator Tillis for Taking Bold Stand Against
Foreign-Funded Lawsuits in Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill

Senator Thom Tillis identified an outrageous tax loophole, one that effectively hands taxpayer subsidies to foreign organizations targeting American businesses and moved to shut it down by introducing the Tackling Predatory Litigation Funding Act as part of via President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill.

Few Americans realize it, but foreign individuals and entities, including those from China and Russia, are sending billions to U.S. trial lawyers to file lawsuits against American companies. Often, their targets are the backbone of our economy, small businesses.

Even more shocking: if these foreign funders win a legal settlement, they pay zero U.S. taxes. That means American taxpayers are unknowingly footing the bill while foreign actors gain infiltrate our legal system and undermine our national security.

Keeping this provision in the final bill is a no-brainer. It ends a backdoor subsidy to trial lawyers and foreign adversaries and protects American jobs and American sovereignty.

.@POTUS’ IRA is driving up Part D premiums for millions of Medicare beneficiaries, yet Dems like @SenSanders continue to help tout this disastrous legislation. The Biden-Harris @WhiteHouse is misleading the public on their policy’s real impact.

Two weeks from election day, the supposedly independent @FCC is proposing price regulation of #broadband by restricting what data plans companies can offer.

By prohibiting usage-based plans, the FCC would end up increasing prices FOR EVERYONE, including low-data users!
