In July, CASE was honored to have the American Conservative Union organize and co-host an evening get-together celebrating CASE and our first six months of hard work on behalf of consumers and free-markets. Stopping by to join us were some of the movement’s Best & Brightest opinion leaders and policy activists, including folks from ATR, AFP, ALEC, CAGW, CEI, LI, NTU, TPA, American Commitment, Heartland Institute, R Street and many, many others. We’d like to thank all of our friends — both old and new — who took the time to join us, both for your amazing support of CASE and for making this night a huge success!
We would also be remiss if we didn’t give a big shout-out to ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp for all of his support the past six months, and the great work of his team in putting the evening’s festivities together. And lastly a big thank you to our good friend Michi Iljazi, who has always been a friend to CASE and continues to help us in more ways than we can list as our organization grows.
Thank you again to everybody for your continued friendship and many well-wishes. It is both humbling and inspiring to have you on our side as CASE moves forward to promote freedom and prosperity for America!

.@POTUS’ IRA is driving up Part D premiums for millions of Medicare beneficiaries, yet Dems like @SenSanders continue to help tout this disastrous legislation. The Biden-Harris @WhiteHouse is misleading the public on their policy’s real impact.
Two weeks from election day, the supposedly independent @FCC is proposing price regulation of #broadband by restricting what data plans companies can offer.
By prohibiting usage-based plans, the FCC would end up increasing prices FOR EVERYONE, including low-data users!
