Statement from Consumer Action for a Strong Economy (CASE) strongly opposing continued efforts by the White House to engage in prescription drug price fixing:

“We are all united in our belief that consumers must have access to high-quality medications at an affordable price. Yet, President Biden and the Left keep ramming forward their highly partisan and deeply flawed price-fixing scheme. Congress must instead work together through the established system to advance a bipartisan solution that will lower costs at the pharmacy without jeopardizing patient access or future innovation on lifesaving drugs.”
